Stewart injured already with a quad strain, probably played past the 60 minute mark. I've not got any med' qualifications, but I reckon there's something wrong with him that's never been diagnosed, I've never heard of anyone getting as many muscle injuries as him.

Apart from the fact that he has zero loyalty and makes rubbish decisions. Karma!

Really poor performance today, playing against poor opposition. Most of our players seem to be just going through the motions, no urgency whatsoever. The only 2 players who came out with any credit were Downes and Schlotterbeck. But that seems to be the norm apart from second half against Millwall.
Only highlight was wonder gaol from Wellington.

Saints are far too inconsistent. at the moment against beatable/mediocre opposition. The leading pack are slowly drawing away from us in the league.I thought we were reasonable in the market(based on. last season's performance, but obviously there are still glaring requirements for a couple of proven strikers and attacking midfielders. Was Devenny(ex Palace) a blatant miss? Personally with what I have witnessed of late, I'm.

not at all convinced by the bodies we have in and around the oppositions box are good enough to get us promoted this year. However situations can change and perhaps time will tell - but no winning pattern seems evident at this moment in time. Here's hoping the strategy iis improved(or absorbed by the Players) in the very

The result is a bit of a mixed bag! Can't fault any of the incomings although several reporters send conflicting messages as to whether or not Zac Abbot's contract has an option included. If it does include a permanent option (could be a very astute signing) and is likely a huge benefit playing alongside Keven Schlotterbeck and Nathan Wood without disrupting the 'status quo' too much.Maybe Southampton will be first in the queue waiting for the next window to open in January 27.to claim reinforcements to maintain their ambition.Someone ought to convince Dragan Solar to top up his money box as Players' are usually more expensive in this window.

However I guess this depends (from a business perspective) as to whether or not he considers Saints are in a favourable league position to achieve a very lucrative shot at promotion!
